Agreeing to these terms

By using ForFreeAI (forfreeai.com) you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use ForFreeAI.

Who can use ForFreeAI

You must be 16 or older. If you are under 16, you may not use ForFreeAI. The chat asks you to confirm your age, and confirming it falsely breaks these terms.

What ForFreeAI is

ForFreeAI lets you chat with AI models made by other companies, such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Qwen, Grok and Kimi, in one place. It is free to use and paid for by ads. It is a small independent project, built for personal use, hobbies, learning and fun.

AI answers can be wrong

Everything the chat writes or makes is generated by AI. You are chatting with a machine, not a person. AI can be wrong, out of date, biased or made up, even when it sounds sure.

• Check anything important before you rely on it.
• Do not use ForFreeAI for medical, legal, financial, safety or other professional advice. Ask a qualified person.
• Answers do not reflect the views of ForFreeAI.

Who is responsible for AI content

ForFreeAI does not write, check or approve what the AI models produce, and is not responsible for it. You are responsible for what you ask, for how you use the answers and images, and for making sure your use is legal and does not harm anyone or break anyone's rights.

Use it for personal, hobby and fun projects

ForFreeAI is meant for personal, hobby and entertainment use. It gives no promise that what it makes is original, accurate or free to use for business. If you want to use an answer or image in anything commercial or public, that is your decision and your risk. The AI makers' own terms may also apply to what their models produce.

What you must not do

• Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
• Make content that sexualises minors, promotes violence or self harm, harasses or threatens anyone, or spreads hate.
• Make fake content meant to deceive, such as impersonating a real person.
• Upload content you have no right to share, or other people's private data.
• Try to get round the age check, the captcha, message limits or other safety measures.
• Use bots or scripts to send messages, scrape ForFreeAI or overload it.

We may limit or block anyone who breaks these rules. If you see harmful content, use the Report button under the answer.

Ads

ForFreeAI shows ads, including ads in the chat from Gravity and possibly ads from Google. Ads are marked as ads. ForFreeAI is not responsible for what advertisers offer, so check before you buy. The privacy policy explains what ad partners receive.

Free tokens and limits

The free daily tokens, the models on offer, the features and the limits can change or stop at any time, with or without notice. A model may sometimes be unavailable.

No promises about the service

ForFreeAI is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always work, be fast, be free of errors or keep your chats. Save anything you need.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, ForFreeAI and the people who run it are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using ForFreeAI or from relying on AI content, including lost data, lost profits or decisions made on an answer. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law that cannot be taken away.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using ForFreeAI after a change, the new terms apply.
